Register
This course introduces students to the inspiring stories of a number of noble prophets mentioned in the Qur’an. It begins with an introduction to the Prophets and Messengers: who they were, their mission, and the wisdom behind the repeated mention of their stories in the Qur’an. Students will explore how these stories strengthen faith, develop good character, and provide guidance for everyday life.
The course covers the lives and key events of the following prophets: Adam, Idris, Nuh (Noah), Hud, Salih, Ibrahim (Abraham), Isma‘il (Ishmael), Ishaq (Isaac), and Lut (Lot), peace be upon them all.
Throughout the course, students will reflect upon the lessons, morals, and practical benefits found in each story, including themes such as patience, sincerity, obedience to Allah, trust in Him, perseverance in times of hardship, and the importance of calling others to the truth with wisdom and compassion.
At the end of each section, review and assessment questions are provided to help students reinforce their understanding and reflect more deeply upon the meanings and lessons of the stories.
