We will explain a collection of the recommendations, and medicines and treatments derived from the noble Prophetic Sunnah, which include:
1)) the use of natural materials (such as honey and black seed),
2)) physical practices such as cupping,
3)) and spiritual medicines such as duaa and supplications.
The aim of “Prophetic medicine” is healing and prevention.
The course also includes all the verses in the Quran that talk about food.
